He emphasized on the achievements like increased airport numbers and the inclusion of ASHA and Anganwadi workers in the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He criticized the opposition and said they accomplished little during their tenures. He said the white paper is being brought about for them. He said the the interim budget empowers the four pillars of Viksit Bharat. He said it has confidence in continuity. He said it will empower all four pillars of Viksit Bharat: Yuva, Garib, Mahilla and Kisan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PM Modi added this budget gives the guarantee of making India a developed country by 2047. He said the budget is a reflection of the young aspirations of a young India. He added two important decisions were made within the budget. For research and innovation, a fund of Rs 1 lakh crore has been announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PM Modi added the budget stresses the empowerment of the poor and the middle class as well as creating new employment opportunities for them. He added it has been announced to construct 2 crore more houses for the poor. He said his government\u2019s aim is to have 3 crore Lakhpati Didis now.
