The police team reportedly visited the house to serve him a notice in connection with his claim that the BJP tried to poach AAP MLAs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crime branch team is led by the assistant commissioner of police (ACP)-level officer. Earlier on Friday, the Delhi Police said they would visit Arvind Kejriwal\u2019s residence yet again. After that the BJP will break the MLAs. He said talks had been held with 21 MLAs. He said the BJP threatened that they would overthrow the Aam Aadmi government in Delhi. According to reports when officials from Chief Minister\u2019s office came out to take the notice, the police officers refused to hand it to them and they had brought media along with them. Senior crime branch official refused the claims and said the notice will be served only to the chief minister in person. Another Crime Branch team went to Atishi\u2019s house. He said neither Atishi nor Kejriwal received the notices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The police officer said some preliminary questioning is going to take place, besides serving him the notice.
