Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi found herself at the centre of a political storm as Crime Branch officials visited her residence on Mathura Road to serve her a notice in connection with the party\u2019s claims that the BJP attempted to poach 7AAP MLAs. The development comes after similar visits were made to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal\u2019s house, where he was served a notice by the Crime Branch, demanding a response within three working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking to the media at a press conference, Atishi expressed her reservations about the notice and said this notice is very interesting. She added it is neither an FIR nor summons. She said it does not have sections of IPC, CrPC, PMLA or the Prevention of Corruption Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
