He said no swamis attended the Ram Temple Pran Pratishtha. He added Shankaracharyas said that if Modi came, they would not attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He defended his earlier statement that all are equal. He said a case had been filed against him but he will fight it. He said the BJP asked him to apologise but he refused. He said he did not take back what he said. Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin slammed the opposition party AIADMK that the party workers are in a situation where they don\u2019t know the difference between their party founder and Tamil actor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier a Bengaluru court had summoned Udhayanidhi Stalin in connection to his Sanatan Dharma remarks. A Bengaluru local Paramesh had lodged a complaint against the Tamil Nadu sports minister in the Special Court of People\u2019s Representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Udhayanidhi Stalin, who is the son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin had sparked a controversy last year as he compared Sanatan Dharma to dengue and malaria. He had said Sanatana Dharma is against social justice and equality and should be eradicated. After facing backlash for his statement, Udhayanidi Stalin stood firm on his statement and said he would oppose Sanatana Dharma forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advocate Dharampal, appearing for petitioner Paramesh said with the Ram Mandir inauguration, a lot of devotion and awareness has increased regarding Hindu dharma and some others from other faiths too.
