The Board of Control for Cricket in India announced the Indian team for the remaining three test matches against England on Saturday. Virat Kohli is not going to play in the series against England. BCCI said in a statement that Virat Kohli will remain unavailable for the remainder of the series due to personal reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Board fully respects and supports Kohli\u2019s decision. Virat Kohli had taken part in India\u2019s first training session before the first Test match in Hyderabad but on the same day he informed captain Rohit Sharma, head coach Rahul Dravid and the selectors about his decision to opt out of the first two Test matches. The next day BCCI issued a lengthy press release and requested privacy for the Indian star batsman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ravindra Jadeja and injured KL Rahul who missed the first Test match are part of the squad. The participation of Ravindra Jadeja and KL Rahul is subject to fitness clearance from the BCCI medical team. Shreyas Iyer who has been in the news has also missed the spot for the remaining test matches. Mohammed Siraj was rested in the second Test match is making a comeback to the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
