T Naseer who is a life imprisonment convict and Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist has allegedly radicalised many individuals inside the Bengaluru central prison, provoking them to carry out terror attacks in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A case has been registered by the Bengaluru City Police after the seizure of arms and ammunition which included 4 walkie talkies, 45 live rounds, 1 magazine, 4 hand grenades and 7 Pistols. The National Investigative Agency took over the investigation on 25<sup>th<\/sup> October 2023 and carried out raids in the case on 13 December 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/neha_bisht12\/status\/1764883069452849377\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not clear if NIA raids have any connection with Friday\u2019s blast at Rameshwaram caf\u00e9 in Bengaluru. According to reports the NIA will definitely look into the suspected links. The agency took over the investigation into the Rameshwaram caf\u00e9 blast on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 persons have already been charge-sheeted in the Bengaluru prison radicalisation case. Naseer the prime suspect in the case hails from Kerala\u2019s Kannur and is serving a life sentence since 2013, while Junaid Ahmed and Salman Khan who are suspected to have fled abroad, were radicalised by him while they were in prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The others who have been suspected to have been in touch with Naseer include Mohammad Faisal Rabbani, Syed Mudassir Pasha, Zahid Tabrez, Mohammad Umar and Syed Suhail Khan.
