He submitted a report regarding the same to the Jharkhand Legal Services Authority (JHALSA). The Dumka judge assured the spanish national that the rapists will be caught as soon as possible and prosecuted. He said the victim is emotionally shattered but physically stable. The police have arrested 4 persons in connection with the case till now. The PDJ team further assisted the Spanish woman in recording her statement under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Spanish couple posted a picture of the accused on social media and appealed to the public to assist them and the police in finding them. They said nobody is free from that in any part of the world. The couple said these are violations which happen in all countries including Spain, Brazil, America and denied that it has happened because they are in India.
