Many feared being trapped after a massive fire broke out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, the fire broke out at 16th Avenue of the society and spread to another flat. The reason for the fire is not yet known, fire tenders have reached the spot. Fire has been brought under control. No loss of life was reported, as per the Fire Department official.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In July last year, a major fire broke out at a shopping complex of Gaur City 1 of Greater Noida West. Videos of people trying to save their lives by jumping from as high as the third floor went viral on social media platforms. As per the reports, several people were reportedly injured after jumping out from the third floor and fifth floors of the shopping mall. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mall is located in Gaur City 1, a housing society of Greater Noida West. According to reports, the fire broke out on the third floor. People were screaming for help, they were jumping from the building to save their life without any support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the report, the reason for the accident was due to a short circuit near the exit. Chief Fire Officer (CFO) Pradeep Kumar said the fire broke out because of a short circuit near the exit, which is why the panic situation escalated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the fire broke out on the third floor, people were seen jumping out of the floor.
