He also laid the foundation stone of five major National Highway projects worth Rs 11,500 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the PM Gram Sadak Yojna worth Rs 3,700 crore, more than 5,342 km of roads built in 59 districts of Uttar Pradesh were also inaugurated by him. Additionally, PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 12 railway projects across UP worth Rs 8,200 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also inaugurated three sewage projects worth Rs 1,114 crore in the Prayagraj, Etawah, and Jaunpur districts of the state under the Namami Ganga Yojna. He also inaugurated the Light House Project (LHP) in Lucknow, which includes over 1,040 affordable flats with modern infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing the gathering, PM Modi said that he has been running the country at full speed to fulfil the promise of developing India by 2047. The double-engine government has been working constantly to provide employment opportunities and education facilities to the youth of the country, he added. The government has been working on making urbanisation an opportunity and urbanisation, which is going on in the country, should have happened 30 years ago, he asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PM Modi slammed the Opposition and said for decades, Purvanchal saw the politics of casteism and appeasement.
