It will be broadcast live on the ECI&#8217;s social media handles, it added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Press Conference by Election Commission to announce schedule for <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/GeneralElections2024?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#GeneralElections2024<\/a> &amp;  some State Assemblies will be held at 3 pm tomorrow ie Saturday, 16th March. The Model Code of Conduct is a set of rules that the Election Commission issues regarding speeches, announcements, election manifestos, and general behavior for candidates, political parties, the government, and the ruling party throughout the election process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current Lok Sabha&#8217;s tenure ends on June 16, and a new House must be established prior to that date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last Lok Sabha elections took place in seven phases, starting on April 11 and being announced on March 10.
