He said Congress and BRS have shattered all dreams of Telangana. He reffered to BRS rule in Telangana as mahaloot and the Congress rule in the state at buri nazar. He added for the Congress even 5 years are enough to destroy the state of Telangana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He referred to the arrest of KCR\u2019s daughter and BRS leader K Kavitha by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). He added no corrupt person will escape. PM Modi said the people of Telangana are saying Teesri baar Modi Sarkar. He added Telangana is called the gateway of the South. He said when he first came to Telangana during the state elections he noticed how angry people were at BRS. He added after seeing the huge crowd of people he was certain that Telangana has decided for Modi 3.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prime Minister said Modi\u2019s family are the 140 crore Indians. For the last 23 years, earlier working as chief minister and now as Prime Minister the people of India gave him a chance to serve. He said he did not use any day for himself. He said he had lived, worked, day and night for the 140 crore family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added Modi Ki guarantee means the guarantee of fulfilling the guarantee given. PM Modi said Congress gave the slogan of Garibi Hatao and asked has there been any change in the lives of the poor? He said he could clearly see that the people of Telangana have decided to bring back Modi for the third time.
