75 chefs in Bengaluru created the Guinness world record for world\u2019s longest dosa on March 15. Chef Regi Matthew and his team, MTR foods celebrated its centenary with the monumental achievement. The world\u2019s longest dosa-making process involved food experts and culinary school staff. The team was successful after 110 failed attempts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chef Regi Mathew shared the video of the making of the 123.03 feet dosa on Instagram. Chef Mathew wrote he is thrilled to announce a historic milestone at MTR! Proudly celebrating the 100^{th<\/sup> year anniversary with a Guinness World Records title for the longest dosa, measuring an incredible 123.03 ft!<\/p>\n\n\n\n}
