He was speaking on the 3rd day of Startup Mahakumbh at Bharat Mandapam. He said the government has given a platform to innovative ideas, connected them to funding channels and established incubators in educational institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PM Modi highlighted that the government started working on startups at the right time when the word did not hold much meaning in the country. He said the country is witnessing the growth of startup and innovation culture in India. Speaking about artificial intelligence the Prime Minister said it is India\u2019s time now.
