The barber was later killed in an encounter by the police. The incident took place in Baba Colony under the Mandi Samiti police station. The accused barged into his neighbor\u2019s house and slit the throats of the 2 brothers aged 11 and 6, injuring the third boy seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused identified as Sajid, 22, fled from the scene of the crime after killing 2 children. The UP Police initiated a manhunt and Sajid was killed in the encounter. He attacked the 2 children and murdered them. The children\u2019s father Vinod Kumar denied any personal enimity with the accused. He said Sajid had asked for a loan of Rs 5000 and they had agreed to help him. He said Sajid came home for the money and while his younger son was serving him a glass of water, Sajid took aside his elder son and killed him. Relatives sent back the ambulance that had been sent to take the bodies. Heavy police security was stationed in the area and the bodies of the children were sent for post-mortem.
