From the point of view of security, the steps being taken by the government are very important and will take India to new heights globally, Bhadauria said after joining the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notably, Bhadauria joined the BJP nearly two-and-a-half years after he retired from the post in the armed forces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria served as the 23rd Chief of the Air Force from September 30, 2019, to September 30, 2021. He hails from Bah tehsil in the Agra district. According to reports, the BJP is considering offering him the opportunity to represent Ghaziabad as their Lok Sabha candidate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the current Lok Sabha MP from Ghaziabad is military veteran General VK Singh, who has won the seat twice, first in 2014 and again in 2019.
