Technology has changed the way people live their lives around the world, but nobody would have dreamed that QR codes would be used by beggars for asking alms. One video from Guwahati circulating on social media has left social media users in shock. The video has gone viral on social media with 2563 views which are only increasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the video a visually impaired beggar in Assam\u2019s Guwahati can be seen moving closer to a person sitting in a car and asking for alms. On having a closer look at the beggar it is observed that the beggar is wearing a QR code which is hanging in his neck. The man transfers Rs 10 to the beggar digitally through the PhonePe QR code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
