People from states like Bihar and UP come here and local people don&#8217;t get jobs. I have signed the file for this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Shiv Sena-MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena) brand of criticism of UP-Bihar walas invited widespread criticism, prompting Congress president Rahul Gandhi to say he will speak to Nath about it.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Nath\u2019s statement put him in an awkward plight. Nath himself was born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh on 18 November 1946. He completed his Bachelor degree in Law from DAV College, Kanpur of Kanpur University. He is an alumnus of The Doon School, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier&#8217;s College of the University of Calcutta.<\/p>\n<p>Many people dug up his UP origins.
