<\/p>\n[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Giving relief to the Noida residents, Forest department officials on Sunday (Jan 20) caught the leopard which was lurking in Noida for last few days.<\/p>\n
The officials captured the deadly leopard in Sadullapur village in Greater Noida.<\/p>\n
Pramod Srivastava, Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) of Gautam Buddh Nagar said that they received a phone call about the leopard at around 10 am yesterday.<\/p>\n

Forest officials rushed to the spot and captured the leopard at around 4:30 pm after a combing operation that lasted for hours.<\/p>\n
“By the time we reached the spot, a crowd had gathered and we had to take help from the police to control it. Wildlife SOS team was also called,” Srivastava said.<\/p>\n
The leopard had been sighted in the area two days ago and had caused great panic among the residents.<\/p>\n
It was also reported that the leopard attacked a boy who walking down a road, a day before it was caught. The boy escaped with minor injuries.<\/p>\n
