Singh said: \u201cWe have to go by the Supreme Court verdict.\u201d Anant asked her what about the BJP promise to build the temple? Singh said: \u201cThis is the desire of all Hindus and BJP has supported this. But we can\u2019t go against the Supreme Court.\u201d<\/p>\n

Acharya Ashokanand Ji Maharaj said: \u201cThe ball is in the BJP court.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khan said: \u201cBJP is playing politics. Advani ji took out the rally, it was in the BJP manifesto, but the ground reality is vastly different from what is promised. Where is the ordinance on this? It was in Congress tenure that the doors to the temple were opened. This is why we call BJP the jumla party.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sinha said: \u201cIt is a national matter. Muslim sections are not with us on this. One way is to go with mutual consent, the other is to wait for the court decision, and the third is that the BJP takes some pro-active measures, but we have been disappointed by all. RSS will now start a campaign on this.\u201d<\/p>\n

Raju said: \u201cEarlier, Ram mandir was on the top of BJP\u2019s agendas, now it has come to the last page. The BJP\u2019s stand is that the court will decide. No one today can announce any date for this because the matter is with the court. So that\u2019s why there is anger among the sadhus.\u201d<\/p>\n

Muslim expert Rajik Vadud said: \u201cThe title suit verdict will decide the way forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

Acharya Ashokanand Ji Maharaj said: \u201cThis has become a political issue now. Since the BJP had declared in its manifesto its aim to build the Ram temple, people are bound to feel let down.\u201d<\/p>\n

Singh said: \u201cThe Congress had never said it will build the temple, BJP has always said so.\u201d Khan asked why BJP can\u2019t pass an ordinance or a bill for this? Singh said:\u201dAll now vests with the SC decision.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khan said: \u201cSangh and BJP senior leaders like Mohan Bhagwat and Keshav Prasad Maurya have declared that they will build the temple anytime. Their double-sided views on this are obvious.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sinha said: \u201c2025 will be 100 years for the Sangh, so the Sangh wants a mandir by 2025. We have full faith in the courts.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anant pointed out that for the court it is a title dispute, no faith involved in the court study.<\/p>\n

Raju said: \u201cEven if the courts decide in favour of Hindus, the government will have to come in the picture to build the temple. Till the government intervenes, the mandir will not be built. Different akhadas have varying views on this, so the government will play an important role.\u201d<\/p>\n

Singh said: \u201cBJP wrote in its manifesto. BJP wants the mandir to be built as soon as possible.\u201d Anant pointed out that Subramaniam Swamy had said ram mandir will be built in 2018.<\/p>\n

Swami Chakrapani Maharaj of Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahsabha, who came on the programme to make a special comment, said: \u201cThe demand for the temple is not unconstitutional. BJP will have to face the music for going back on its promise.\u201d<\/p>\n

Singh said: \u201cPlease accept that there is no dual talk from the BJP side on this.\u201d<\/p>\n
