[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Dr. Manish Rungta, a Gastroenterologist and the President of the Executive Committee, India House said he is super-excited to welcome Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi<\/a> in Houston, Texas where he will be sharing the stage with President Donald Trump in the Howdy Modi event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Modi will be addressing an expected gathering of at least 50,000 people at NRG stadium (formerly Reliant stadium) on September 22.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe whole community is awaiting the historic event for he is going to communicate with us his feelings and thoughts about the Indo-American relationship and the strategic partnership that can benefit both nations,\u201d Rungta said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Being a practising physician, a gastro-enterologist with roots in Varanasi, Dr. Rungta said many Indians settled in the US want to volunteer for healthcare in India. It is his personal observation that there is a lot of room for improvement in healthcare. He expects strategic partnership between the two nations as the outcome of this event for training medical practitioners in critical areas to help provide optimal care for Hindustanis.<\/span><\/p>\n
