Speaker&nbsp;Om&nbsp;Birla&nbsp;says, &#8220;I am very upset at what happened in House. In such circumstances, I cannot conduct the House. The House is adjourned till tomorrow. Both sides are blaming each other.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3:05 pm:&nbsp;<\/strong>Lok Sabha is adjourned till 4pm today after resuming proceedings briefly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2:40 pm:&nbsp;<\/strong>Rajya Sabha adjourned for the day as ruckus continued over discussion on recent Delhi riots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2:30 pm:&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8220;I strongly condemn the manner in which the opposition is behaving. What has this government done to its leaders. In 2002, the government kept quiet. Ehsaan Jafri was not given any help. We saw something similar with what happened to Naresh Gujral when he called the police,&#8221; added&nbsp;Asaduddin Owaisi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12:00 pm:&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8220;This was not a riot. This was a genocide, allowed by the Delhi Police. The government kept silent. All that the PM did was to tweet on this. Why can&#8217;t the PM speak on Delhi violence? He knows that a former BJP MP was the one who incited the violence. We all know what Anurag Thakur said,&#8221;&nbsp;AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11:45 am:&nbsp;<\/strong>Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, said, &#8216;We want Home Minister Amit Shah to resign. We also want Prime Minister Narendra Modi to talk on the Delhi violence. He needs to clarify the government&#8217;s stand on the situation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>11:30 am: <\/strong>At the Rajya Sabha, Venkaiya Naidu says notices for discussion on Delhi violence to be taken up after the situation normalises.
