The petitioners have also alleged that there is no proper protocol to manage the situation where a large number of people are brought and released without any effective protocol.<\/p>\n<p>However, the counsel appearing for the district administration stated that &#8220;a proper protocol is being followed and the persons who are to be quarantined will be lodged in hotels and will be questioned only as per such protocol.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The bench also found that one of the reasons for the objections is that a large number of senior citizens live in Guruvayur and lodges and hotels are so close to each other, so it will be necessary to determine the number of persons who can live safely. And use all the facilities.
