Senior Congress leader<\/strong>\u00a0 has said that the government must reconsider the Rs 20 lakh crore economic stimulus package and think about direct cash transfers to people suffering amid the lockdown to curb the spread of the coronavirus disease. Rahul Gandhi<\/strong> said migrants workers, who are walking home with an empty stomach, the farmers, small businesses and other such people don\u2019t need loans but money.<\/p>\n

Rahul said that migrants are in pain. Government of India<\/strong> and Mother India<\/strong> can not be moneylenders (sahukars),\u201d Rahul appealed to the government to consider Congress party\u2019s proposal of MSME package<\/strong> and NYAY scheme<\/strong>, which aims to disburse cash to the poorest families.<\/p>\n
