The media was awash with reports of people finding their way home trekking &nbsp;along highways at night to avoid the hot summer days and cooped up in trucks to escape detection by police when movement across state borders was difficult since most states had sealed their borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Labour Minister Santosh Gangwar had made a written reply to a question asked by 2 Congress MPs and an IUML MP.\u00a0In another reply, Gangwar had said the government did not have any assessment of job losses of migrant labourers during the viral outbreak.
