Following AIIMS panel\u2019s report ruling out murder theories in actor Sushant Singh Rajput\u2019s death case, actor Rhea Chakraborty\u2019s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said in a statement that the truth cannot be changed under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maneshinde added that the speculations against Rhea in some quarters of the media are motivated and mischievous. He further said that the official papers and report are only with AIIMS and CBI which will be submitted in court once investigations are over. The lawyer went on to say that they are waiting for the official version of the report by CBI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier in the day, Dr Sudhir Gupta, who headed the AIIMS panel which looked into Sushant Singh Rajput’s post-mortem and viscera reports said it was a clear case of suicide and the murder angle has been completely ruled out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The AIIMS forensic panel, which was formed following CBI\u2019s request for providing medico-legal opinion has submitted its finding to the central agency investigating the case. The central investigation agency is likely to continue with its probe into abetment of suicide angle, according to sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The actor was found dead at his Bandra home on June 14. The Mumbai Police had called it a case of suicide. Sushant\u2019s post mortem report had stated asphyxia due to hanging as the cause his death. However, the actor\u2019s family had alleged foulplay in his death and demanded a CBI inquiry into the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enforcement Directorate (ED) had also joined the probe to look into the money laundering angle involving Sushant\u2019s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother and family. Another premier agency Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) got involved when consumption of drugs came to light from retrieved Whatsapp chats of Sushant\u2019s manager Samuel Miranda and Rhea Chakraborty.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
