The chief minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, is on a 12-day trip to Dubai and Spain to get foreign investment to the state. On her visit to Spain, the West Bengal CM Banerjee played the evergreen song Hum Honge Kamayaab on piano.

The chief minister on Friday took to her Instagram account and shared the video of her playing the song on a piano in a park. CM Banerjee could be heard playing the music of the famous song Hum Honge Kamayaab in the satisfying video.

Mamata Banerjee captioned the video and wrote music is forever, music should grow and mature with you, following you right on up until you die.

The song Hum Honge Kamayaab, a Hindi version was written by the renowned poet Girija Kumar Mathur. The song originally, We Shall Overcome, was used as a protest song in the American civil rights movement.

As per the reports, the West Bengal CM is on a 12-day visit to Spain and Dubai to attract foreign investment to the state. She also met with the President of Sri Lanka, Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Dubai airport and invited him to West Bengal for the State Business Summit 2023 in the state capital, Kolkata.

Earlier, she also shared a video of her jogging in a saree and slippers in a park in Madrid. Banerjee had started her trip earlier this week on September 12. She is scheduled to hold a series of business meetings there. She began her trip ahead of the 7th Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS). The Summit is scheduled to take place from November 21 to 22 in Kolkata.

An official informed that CM Banerjee’s trip to the respective country. In the statement, he said the West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is scheduled to stay in Dubai for one night.

On September 13, they reached Madrid where they had business summits and they have other meetings for the next three days.

From Madrid, the chief minister will head to Barcelona to hold business meetings for two-three days. The team will then return to Dubai and hold some more business meetings. They will return to Kolkata on September 23, according to an official.

Lucknow Super Giants defeated Mumbai Indians by 18 runs at Wankhede Stadium on Friday. Mumbai Indians were set to chase a target of 215 runs and were restricted to 196 for 6. Earlier, Nicholas Pooran scored 75 runs off 29 balls as the Lucknow Super Giants posted a total of 214 for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs.

The Lucknow Super Giants needed to beat Mumbai Indians with a margin of over 300 runs to stay alive in playoff race but they could only reach 214. KL Rahul also played a crucial knock of 55 runs off 41 deliveries. In defence of the total, Ravi Bishnoi picked up 2 important wickets and gave just 37 runs and played a pivotal role for the Lucknow Super Giants.

Mumbai Indians’s chase started slowly with just 33 runs in 23 balls before the match ended due to rain. The game resumed after a 45-minute break as Rohit Sharma hit 2 consecutive boundaries to Mohsin Khan. Mumbai Indians managed to increase the run rate after the break, courtesy of some brilliant hitting by Rohit and Dewald Brevis, as they took the score to 53 by the end of the Powerplay. The former skipper reached his half-century with a 6 to Mohsin off just 28 balls.

Naveen-ul-Haq provided the opening breakthrough to Lucknow Super Giants with the dismissal of Brewis. Protea tried clearing the long-off boundary but mistimed the ball. Krunal Pandya, who was standing on the long off had to run and cover a few yards to take a diving catch at the end.

Suryakumar Yadav came at number 3 but did not last for too long as he was dismissed after 3 deliveries.  The Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul may have pre-empted Surya’s shot because just before the wicket ball was bowled, Rahul asked the square leg fielder (Ravi Bishnoi) to move towards his left.

Kunal Kemmu’s directorial debut Madgaon Express, is now available for free streaming on OTT platform Prime Video. The film was initially released in theatres on March 22, 2024, and garnered positive reviews from critics. After its theatrical run, the film raked in a substantial sum of Rs 44.5 crore across the globe. Madgaon Express features a stellar cast that including Pratik Gandhi, Avinash Tiwary, Divyendu, Nora Fatehi and Chhaya Kadam in key roles.

The streaming platform Prime Video shared on Instagram that the Goa trip film has been released, alongside a poster with the caption that says #MadgaonExpressOnPrime, watch now.

Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, the plot of the film revolves around childhood friends Dodo, Ayush, and Pinku planning an exciting trip to Goa, but their adventure quickly is derailed due to a series of unfortunate decisions and what was supposed to be a fun getaway, turns into a chaotic journey.

Kunal Kemmu expressed his joy, stating that each member of the cast has given their best to ensure that viewers gain an enjoyable experience while watching the hilarious shenanigans of the three main characters. He also stated his excitement about the opportunity for a broader, international audience to enjoy his passion project on Prime Video as the film will be available for streaming in more than 240 countries.

The Golmaal Again actor previously mentioned his intentions to work on a sequel to Madgaon Express. He expressed the need to begin writing for it but stressed that it would only be meaningful if the storyline matched or surpassed the humour of the original film. The actor-filmmaker elaborated that while there were no initial expectations for the first film, its success now requires him to meet higher expectations in the sequel.

According to reports, Kunal is said to be appearing in the sequel of Go Goa Gone in the future. However, the actor stated that he hasn’t received any confirmation yet. Prior to Madgaon Express, the actor was last seen in the family comedy film Kanjoos Makhichoos, which was released in 2023.
