At least one person in every household today is invested in network marketing. Today, there are more than 100 such companies in India which operate only via network marketing.

But only working in network marketing does not ensure success all the time. For that, we need to look up to those leaders who have already gained success and are a huge motivator for those people who want an upstart in network marketing. And among them, one of those leaders is Subrata Dutta.

Subrata Dutta is not a newbie in the field of network marketing. He has already gained prior experiences in this field since 2003 before starting his company, Renatus Wellness, a company with its own range of all-natural beauty and wellness products. These products surpassed all the pseudo-natural beauty products and the market and established themselves within a short period of time. Renatus Wellness was launched in 2018, keeping in mind the current health scenario in the country, especially to cure chronic diseases via ayurvedic methods and nano-technology. The company currently has a varied range of products in the market.

Renatus Wellness hopes to broaden the market share, increase brand recognition, and recruit about 10,000 executives and spread the mission of well-being and potential for wealth to India’s most distant regions. The company also aims to cross the 500 Crores mark and establish the brand globally in the next five years.

Mr. Subrata cannot be described only as a marketer. He is an outgoing public speaker and has been given the title of “Transformational Guru” for his motivational speeches to the public; besides being a successful entrepreneur himself. Today, he has already accumulated many accords and awards. He has been appointed as an Executive Member of FDSA – the “Federation of Direct Selling Association” of India. He was also awarded with “Doctor of Business (Specialization in Wellness & Direct Sales)” in November 2022 by Global Human Peace University. He has also been nominated as recipient of “Doctor of Business (Specialization in Business, Mind Motivational Training & Development)” by World Human Rights Protection Commission. He is the author of the book ‘A Map to the Pinnacle of Success’ and is planning to publish his next book very soon.

Mr. Subrata believes in the mantra to have a greater purpose in life and to approach life in a positive aspect. He owes his entire success in life to his mentor, Dr. Debi Prasad Acharjya, a motivational speaker. In the words of Mr. Dutta, “Today, Mr. Devi Prasad has helped me get up from a point where there was no hope. If he did not exist today in my life, Subrata Dutta would also have not existed.”

How to Control Your Blood Sugar Level?

Blood Sugar Level

Controlling your blood sugar level is essential to living a healthy lifestyle. When blood sugar levels are too high, it can lead to serious health problems such as diabetes and heart disease. On the other hand, when your blood sugar is low, you may find yourself feeling tired or lethargic. Fortunately, there are several strategies you can implement to maintain a normal blood sugar level. Let’s first understand the impact of Blood Sugar levels,

·If Blood Sugar Level is low:

When your blood sugar level is too low (hypoglycemia), you may experience shakiness, dizziness, confusion, and fatigue. If you experience these symptoms, it’s essential to take action to raise your blood sugar back to a healthy level. Small snacks containing carbohydrates can help raise your blood sugar level quickly. Examples of these snacks include crackers, juice, and candy.

·If Blood Sugar Level is high:

High blood sugar (hyperglycemia) can be dangerous and require medical attention. Symptoms of high blood sugar can include increased thirst, frequent urination, and blurred vision. To get your blood sugar back to a healthy level, you should take steps to reduce your carbohydrate intake and ensure adequate exercise. In addition, regular exercise can help lower blood sugar levels or to maintain blood sugar levels by increasing the body’s sensitivity to insulin.

Whether your blood sugar is low or high, it’s important to take steps to monitor and maintain your level. Diabetes medications such as insulin can help control your blood sugar, but you must consult your doctor to find the right dose and type of medication for you. Additionally, eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and monitoring your blood sugar levels on a regular basis can all help keep your blood sugar levels in check. Here are

Some tips to help you maintain a healthy blood sugar level:

1)  Exercise Regularly –

Regular exercise helps keep your body balanced by burning off excess glucose in your bloodstream. This helps keep your blood sugar levels consistent throughout the day. Additionally, regular exercise strengthens your muscles, bones, and joints, which makes them more resilient against common ailments associated with aging and long-term health problems such as diabetes. If you’re new to exercise, start slowly and gradually increase your intensity as you become more comfortable.

2)  Eat Healthy Foods –

Eating low-carbohydrate foods will help maintain a normal blood sugar level. Carbohydrates break down into sugars quickly, so your body has difficulty regulating blood sugar levels when you eat too many carbs in one sitting. Instead, opt for foods that contain complex carbohydrates like fruits and vegetables that take longer for the body to break down into sugars. Additionally, eating small meals throughout the day instead of large meals spaced far apart can also help regulate your blood sugar levels better than larger meals consumed further apart from each other would be able to do.

A healthy and balanced diet is key to controlling your blood sugar. Eating a diet low in unhealthy fats, processed foods, and added sugars can help stabilize your blood sugar levels. Eating fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can also help slow down the digestion of carbohydrates and help keep a normal sugar level after food stable.

3)  Take Supplements

Natural supplements such as chromium or cinnamon can help support healthy glucose metabolism while keeping your insulin levels balanced. Chromium is found naturally in whole grains and some meats, while cinnamon is found in ground form or as an extract from tree bark. Both supplements have been proven to provide excellent results when taken regularly over an extended period; however, it’s important to consult with a doctor before taking any supplements as they may interact with certain medications or conditions you may have.

4)      Monitor Your Blood Sugar Levels –

For those with diabetes, monitoring your blood sugar levels regularly is important. Depending on your condition, you may need to test your blood sugar using a sugar checking machine several times a day. Keeping a log of your blood sugar levels can help you identify patterns and spot any potential problems. In addition, monitoring your blood sugar levels throughout the day can help you identify patterns and potential problems. For example, if you consistently have high or low blood sugar levels at certain times of the day, you can adjust your diet or activity level to manage it better. Additionally, this information can help your doctor provide better care and treatment if needed.

5)  Maintain a Healthy Weight –

Being overweight or underweight can negatively impact your blood sugar levels. Eating right and exercising regularly will help you maintain a healthy weight, which helps your body regulate its blood sugar levels better. Additionally, being proactive about your weight can help prevent serious health issues such as diabetes or heart disease in the future. It’s important to note that everyone’s ideal weight varies, so talk to your doctor about what a healthy weight is for you.

Conclusion

Maintaining a normal blood sugar level is essential for overall health and wellness. By exercising regularly, eating healthy foods, and taking natural supplements such as chromium and cinnamon, you can control your blood sugar levels daily without taking medication or injectable insulin treatments commonly prescribed for those suffering from diabetes or pre-diabetes conditions. With just a few simple changes to your lifestyle habits—such as eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day—you can reap the benefits of controlling your own blood glucose level!
