Caught on cam: Class 10 girl falls from school terrace in Ayodhya, family accuses school authority of rape and murder
The parents of the deceased girl said their daughter was called to school despite ongoing summer vacations.

A class 10 girl student died after falling off the terrace of her school building in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. While the school said the girl fell from the swing, the girl’s family accuses school officials of assault on their daughter.
The incident took place at 8:45 AM in the Sunbeam School, Ayodhya, of which the girl was a student.
The parents of the deceased girl said their daughter was called to school despite ongoing summer vacations.
At around 10:00 am on Friday, the parents received a call from the school administration informing them about their to have fallen from a swing and was severely injured.
The family then immediately rushed to the hospital but were informed by the doctors that their daughter had died during treatment.
The family doubted and informed the police about the incident.
The entire incident on the floor was caught on camera, the police during the investigation retrieved a CCTV footage that showed the girl falling on the floor.
Ayodhya SP Police on the matter said as the girl’s mother was out somewhere, once she comes back and once CCTV footages and other surveillance evidences are retrieved his team will conduct the investigation.
Deceased girl’s grandfather while speaking to media said at around 8:48 am, her daughter left for the school and at around 9:50 am, they received a call from the school authority.
The victim’s grandfather further informed that first they were told by the school management that the girl had fallen from the swing but later in the evening after watching the CCTV footage they got know to that she was thrown from from the terrace.
He further alleged that Brijesh Yadav, Abhishek Kanojia and another person killed her grand daughter. He again putting stress on Abhishek Kanojia’s name said he is responsible for the death.
School principal has distanced from giving any comments on the incident.

Rape accused attempts to hang himself with his pants in UP police custody, family blames police tortured him for Rs 10,000 bribe
As per the police, a local court in Budaun issued a warrant against Lal in connection to a rape case of a minor girl in 2019. The police said they caught Lal while he was attending a function and brought him to the police station today.

On Thursday morning, a man accused in a rape case purportedly attempted suicide in Uttar Pradesh police custody while he was brought in for interrogation.
Accused Panna Lal brought for questioning at Budaun, UP’s Ughaiti police station, he attempted to hang himself with his pants inside the bathroom of the police station.
As per the police, a local court in Budaun issued a warrant against Lal in connection to a rape case of a minor girl in 2019. The police said they caught Lal while he was attending a function and brought him to the police station today.
An hour later, Lal asked a constable for toilet, who took him to the toilet and guarded outside the door. After some time when Lal did not open the door, the constable inform the other cops present who broke open the toilet door and allegedly found Lal attempting suicide, said the police.
Superintendent of Police(SP) OP Singh said Lal was immediately rescued and rushed to the hospital, the doctors then referred him to a Bareilly district hospital.
Lal’s family blamed the police and alleged that he was tortured by the cops for a bribe worth Rs 10,000, which he failed to arrange.
Lal’s brother Rishi Pal told media that the police personnel at the station demanded a bribe of Rs 10,000 from Lal and after he refused to their demands the cops assaulted him and tried to kill him.
SP Singh denying the allegations of Lal’s brother said, the accused is now out of danger.
In a similar incident two days ago, a gang-rape accused was found hanging in Jharkhand’s Hussainabad. Sachin Thakur was among the 6 accused in a rape case of a SC girl.
There have been similar cases in the past of rape accused committing suicide after they are caught for the heinous crime by the police.

Kanpur shocker: Boy, 7, tries to rape 3-year-old girl, cuts her with blade

In a shocking incident, a seven-year-old boy allegedly tried to rape a three-year-old girl after enticing her with a bicycle ride in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur, police said on Tuesday.
According to reports, the incident happened in Kanpur’s Chakeri area when the boy reportedly enticed the 3-year-old girl by offering her a ride on his bicycle and lured her near a drain where he allegedly attempted to rape her.
The girl cried for help, alerting locals who rushed to her rescue forcing the boy to flee the spot.
They found that the boy had also cut the girl with a sharp-edged blade.
A senior police official said that the villagers then informed the girl’s parents and she was rushed to a hospital for treatment and later shifted to the housing nursing home.
The girl’s family claimed that the boy had also cut her with a blade.
Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Chakeri, Amar Nath Yadav said that a minor boy took a 3-year-old girl from Double Colony near a drain where he tried to rape her.
The officer said that girl was later admitted to a hospital where her condition is stated to be stable, adding that legal action is being initiated.
In a similar incident, a Class 1 student allegedly raped a three-year-old girl in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar district last month, following which the 10-year-old was detained by the police.
The girl’s family filed a police complaint with the Muzaffarnagar Police Station stating that the boy took her to the roof of the school and allegedly raped her.
Earlier, a 12-year-old boy was detained Madhya Pradesh’s Indore after he allegedly raped a 3-year-old girl from his neighbourhood.
Reports at the time said the father of the accused minor boy was also booked by the cops for allegedly warning the victim’s family of dire consequences if they filed a complaint against his son.
Police said the boy lured the 3-year-old with chocolates, took her to his house and allegedly raped her.
