Ginger
Ginger is one of the most blessed ingredients in our kitchen. It is infused with many qualities that prevent our body from many health-related issues. Ginger contains thermogenic properties so taking a small amount of ginger every day keeps our body warm and it cures cough and cold, acidity, mild fever, indigestion etc.

Turmeric
