National Technology Day: Theme
Every year, the designated board decides the theme of National Technology Day 2022, this year the theme is “Integrated Approach in Science and Technology for Sustainable Future”. The theme was inaugurated by Union Minister Jitendra Singh.

National Technology Day: History
The atomic bomb test was conducted on May 11, 1998, in Pokhran, Rajasthan under the leadership of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at that time. There were five tests in this, which were conducted.
The first three tests were conducted on May 11, 1998. An earthquake of 5.3 reactor scale was recorded during this test. After this, two more tests were done on May 13. which was completely successful.
National Technology Day: Significance
The importance of National Technology Day also increases because, on May 11, the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) successfully test-fired the Trishul missile.
Trishul is a short-range missile, which strikes its target rapidly. Apart from this, India’s first aircraft Hansa-3 took off on this day. It was prepared by the National Aerospace Lab. It is a two-seater light aircraft, used for pilot training, aerial photography, and environmental projects.

Aam Panna Ingredients
Raw Mangoes (Carrie) – 4
Roasted cumin powder – 2 tsp
Jaggery/sugar – 6 tbsp
Black salt – 3 tsp
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Aam Panna (Aam Panna Recipe)
Take water in a saucepan and boil mangoes in it. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame till they become soft.
When the mangoes cool down, peel them with the help of a spoon.
Prepare a thick paste by mixing mango pulp with the right amount of water in a mixer.
Take out this paste in a pan and add brown sugar. Cook it on the flame till the sugar dissolves completely.
Keep stirring it continuously or else it may burn.
When the sugar dissolves completely, take the pan off the flame and add cumin powder and black salt to it.
Take 1 or two spoons of mango mixture in a tall glass and add cold water, now mix it well.
Lastly, garnish the Aam Panna drink with pudina leaves.

Prevention for High Blood Pressure
High Blood Pressure can be controlled by making changes in lifestyle and diet. People who have high blood pressure is often elevated or who are at high risk of it, should pay attention to keep the amount of sodium low in their diet. Excess intake of sodium can increase blood pressure.
Apart from this, people who smoke and intake alcohol are also more prone to it, these things should be avoided at this time. Studies show that, making a habit of exercising regularly can help keep blood pressure under control.
