AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi says PM Modi is refusing to create harmonious society in greed for power
Owaisi shared a series of tweets, in which he wrote that there is a border crisis which is on in Ladakh. He further said that India accidentally fired a missile into Pakistan, and the public was kept in dark about it.

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that the Union government is maintaining silence in the India-China border situation, and is just misdirecting people. He also led an attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that he is refusing to create a harmonious society in greed for power.
Owaisi shared a series of tweets, in which he wrote that there is a border crisis which is on in Ladakh. He further said that India accidentally fired a missile into Pakistan, and the public was kept in dark about it. He further said that government is more interested in polarising the society. This is a recipe for disaster.
In another tweet, he led an attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and wrote that in its good to capture power, Prime Minister refuses to work on creating a harmonious society where all Indians, irrespective of their gender, religion, language or caste, are equal citizens of India.
He also said that this government has, instead, done everything to divide the country along various lines and weakened our strength in dealing with external adversaries.
Owaisi also questioned why the MPs who represent this country, are not being taken into confidence by the ruling government.
He also urged that there should be a proper debate in Parliament about the Ladakh border crisis and on their strategy to deal with China. Owaisi in a tweet said that the attitude and approach of the government on sensitive issues of national security, including our territorial integrity, is unacceptable.
AIMIM chief then said that he has personally been raising questions repeatedly about the situation on the Ladakh border where our soldiers are being denied access to territories they patrolled earlier. But the Govt has refused to state the truth so far, even in Parliament, resorting to silence and misdirection
Owaisi also shared a news piece and said that China is claiming that everything is already resolved with India in Hot Springs in Ladakh. Will the Government please confirm whether this is true? If that is so, what were the last two rounds of border talks about?

No CNG sale in Delhi today, Dealers Association calls for protest; here’s why
The reason for the closure of CNG pumps is the non-reimbursement of the electricity bills by Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL).

The Delhi Petrol Dealers Association (DPDA) has announced that there will be no CNG sale in Delhi on August 10 from 6 am to 10 pm. The reason for the closure of CNG pumps is the non-reimbursement of the electricity bills by Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL).
Delhi Association called for the protest as the reimbursement of the electricity bill of CNG pumps is not being done by IGL and is long overdue which has been causing them huge losses every day. The protest will affect about 250 CNG pumps in the capital.
In a letter last month, DPDA President Anurag Jain wrote, We have decided to go for no CNG sale on August 10 from 6 am to 10 pm as a mark of protest. He further said the DPDA is forced to take this step due to the reluctance shown by IGL to pay the actual electricity reimbursement of CNG facilities to the dealers of Delhi who are incurring huge financial losses every month.
In Delhi, the electricity bill of the petrol pumps is paid by IGL, and CNG consumes a lot of electricity. DPDA says that IGL has not been paying the electricity bill for a long time, due to which they are suffering huge losses. And this is the reason the association has announced it will close CNG pumps today.
DPDA said there was a meeting organized with IGL in March 2022 to solve the issue, and IGL even agreed on the reimbursement of the electricity bill. After this meeting, the dealers were assured that the issue would be resolved in a month. DPDA said the issue has not been resolved yet and IGL didn’t fulfill its promise.
The non-fulfillment of DPDA’s demands has led them to take the step of closure of CNG pumps in Delhi on August 10. CNG is currently being sold at Rs 75.61 per kg in Delhi.
