Kapil Sharma faces legal trouble: Case filed against comedian for breach of contract during North America Tour in 2015

A lawsuit has been filed against comedian Kapil Sharma for breach of contract from his 2015 North America tour. The case has been registered by Sai USA Inc against the comedian for not performing in one of the six cities.
Amit Jaitley, a well-known promoter of shows in America claimed that Kapil Sharma was paid for performing in six cities but he only performed in five cities. He also alleged that the comedian had said that he would pay for the loss but he did not respond later.
According to Jaitley, the comedian was supposed to perform in New York and for this, he was paid in million dollars. He further said that when Kapil did not perform, Jaitley and his team got in touch with him several times before the court to make up for the loss, however, the comedian didn’t retaliate.
Jaitley who heads Sai USA Inc, which is based in New Jersey, posted the report of the case filed against the actor on Facebook. In the caption, he wrote SAI USA INC FILES THE LAWSUIT AGAINST KAPIL SHARMA FOR Breach of contract in 2015.
Jaitley said that the case is still pending in the NY court and that strict legal action would be taken against the comedian.
Kapil Sharma and his TKSS team which includes Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, Rajiv Thakur, Sumona Chakravarti, and Chandan Prabhakar left for a North America tour last month. The team has already performed in Canada and Vancouver and is now set to perform for another live show in Toronto. The comedian is expected to perform in New York in the second week of July.

He recently shared his smiling photo from the hospital bed. Giving an update to the fans, he told them that, he was in the fourth stage of his chemotherapy, and also suffering a lot from this. Describing the side effects of chemotherapy, Kishor wrote that he is facing many problems like weakness, vomiting, and dizziness.
