Indian batsman Suryakumar Yadav became a camera man for the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as the Indian team gets ready to take on Sri Lanka. Yadav put on full shirt to hide his tattoos. He put on a mask and a cap. He went out on the marine drive to interact with some of the cricket fans before their group stage tie in Mumbai on Thursday, 2 November.

Yadav was unrecognizable in his attire. He asked the fans questions about the Indian team and about the performance of the team. Many fans spoke about their favourite cricketers Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah and said the Indian team looked in great touch during the World Cup. He was disappointed that his name did not come up during his conversation with the Indian fans. Yadav asked the fans about himself and received some interesting answers.

One fans said he was no one to talk about Suryakumar Yadav’s batting but he hoped to see bat higher up the order. Another fans said he felt very happy to see Suryakumar Yadav bat. He said Yadav used his wrists to the best of his ability. At this point of time Surya Kumar Yadav removed his mask and revealed his identity. This revelation left the fan completely surprised. Yadav clicked pictures with his fans  and called it a day as a cameraman.

Suryakumar Yadav performed well in the Indian teams last group stage match against England. Although the Indian top order collapsed but Surya Kumar Yadav’s solid knock 49 runs off 47 balls took India to a respectable score of 230 in Lucknow. This helped India to score little bit of runs to defend and helped India register a 100 run victory over England.
