Even though 2024 is already knocking on doors, fans’ excitement is growing as the much awaited Fighter opens in theatres the following year.

Fans have been clamouring for more since the movie’s posters, trailer, and opening song, Sher Khul Gaye, have been drawing attention lately.

The latest song from the film, Ishq Jaisa Kuch, was released today, December 22, and it is definitely going to make you groove to the music. It comes after Sher Khul Gaye. It’s safe to say that Ishq Jaisa Kuch, starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, is nothing short of a pleasure for fans.

Today, December 22, marks the release of Ishq Jaisa Kuch, the film’s second single. Composed by Kumaar and performed by Vishal & Sheykhar, Mellow D, Shilpa Rao, and Vishal, the song is undoubtedly the hit of the year.

The song’s graphics are equally as amazing as its sounds, which are utterly fascinating. Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, who are the film’s main stars, can be seen dancing to its songs. The video’s spark is increased by the beach scenery and the performers’ infectious charisma.

Deepika Padukone will play Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, also referred to as Mini, in the interim. In addition to these performers, Talat Aziz, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Karan Singh Grover will also be in the film.

Sher Khul Gaye, a lively song that the Fighter creators also released earlier on December 15, has quickly become a fan favourite.

Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, who appeared in several Hindi films and was particularly remembered for his role in the 2007 comedy Welcome, has died at the age of 56.

Khan was known for playing supporting characters across Hindi cinema and had worked in films spanning several decades. His role as Balu in Welcome remains among his best-known performances.

Mushtaq Khan’s film career

Mushtaq Khan appeared in a wide range of films during his career. His filmography included Aashiqui, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Gopi Kishan, Krantiveer, Raja, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Jodi No. 1 and Hera Pheri.

He also featured in more recent films including Stree 2, Gadar 2, Baby John, Dhoom Dhaam and Jaat. His filmography lists acting work continuing into 2026.

In Welcome, Khan played Balu, a supporting character in the comedy starring Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor and other prominent actors.

Mushtaq Khan dies at 56

The actor’s death was reported on September 24, 2026. Reports said Khan had been undergoing treatment after being diagnosed with liver cancer and had been hospitalised for around 15 days. Further details surrounding his death were awaited in the initial reports.

The newborn is the couple’s second daughter. Deepika and Ranveer became parents for the first time in September 2024, when they welcomed their daughter Dua.
