Stella Moto launches budget Buzz electric scooter at Rs 95,000, check specs and range
Amid the increase in fuel prices in the country, many two-wheeler manufacturers are either updating their current vehicles to EVs or launching a new ones. Jaidka Group’s Stella Moto also jumped into the competition and launched its much-awaited and featured electric scooter Buzz in India.

Jaidka Group’s Stella Moto also jumped into the competition and launched its much-awaited and featured electric scooter Buzz in India. The company has introduced the vehicle at the starting price of Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom). To note, the price may differ state-wise.
The firm has introduced Buzz electric scooter with a 2kW BLDC motor, paired with a 2.16kWh lithium-ion battery that claims to provide a good range of 90km on a single charge. Interested customers will get the deliveries of EV at the end of this month.

Know everything about the Stella Moto Buzz electric scooter
According to Stella Moto, the Buzz electric scooter uses premium lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery technology that was created specifically for the climatic conditions of India. It also stated that the scooter features four temperature sensors in the battery, which keep track of the temperature in different parts of the battery pack and shut off the electricity when it becomes too hot. Additionally, the battery pack includes a smart battery management system with a microprocessor, the firm added.
The scooter comes with a front disc brake with the wheels shod and tubeless tyres. It is also equipped with the features like a digital speedometer that provides important information regarding the vehicle such as charging capacity, time, and speed among others. It also features a central locking system, cruise control, a USB charger, and an anti-theft system under which the customers will keep a record of the exact location of their EV.
Talking about ground clearance, the Buzz electric scooter comes with 180mm. It has an overall weight of around 150 kg.
Reacting to the launch, Stella Moto Nakul Jaidka said that they feel very proud to launch the scooter in the Indian market. He said the company aims to set new standards in the micro-mobility industry and to provide good build EVs in the country.

The official images have been shared by the company. The photos, shows that the company did not even try to put any effort in order to change the vehicle’s styling or design from the outside, which means customers who were expecting some big changes from the exterior might get upset as the same design has been carried forward. But, customers definitely will see some minor noticeable changes in its outer body.

In order to give a more aggressive look to the SUV, Toyota redesigned its front fascia. Now, the MPV will come with a smaller front grille and a new front chin. Apart from this, the fog lamp enclosures also have been changed. Now it will come with a chrome finish from its sides.
The 2023 model will only be available with diesel engines, as opposed to the existing Innova Crysta’s petrol and diesel engine options, which were quietly withdrawn in late 2022. The 2.4-liter diesel engine will remain coupled to a five-speed manual transmission. It will lack automatic transmission.
The updated version of Innova Crysta will come in four trims – G, GX, VX and the top-spec ZX. All trims, barring the ZX, will have either seven- or eight-seat layouts.
Meanwhile, Toyota will be selling two Innova models together for the first time in this transaction.

The feature-loaded scooter now comes in two more variants – Deluxe and Smart Key. The firm has not made any changes in terms of the engine, which means it will remain comes with a 110 cc powertrain, generating a peak power of 7.84bhp and 8.90Nm of torque. However, customers definitely will see some noticeable changes in terms of cosmetics.

The biggest update that has been given in the Honda Activa H Smart is its smart key which is remote. With this smart remote key, you can lock, unlock, start and turn off the scooter without using the key. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift now comes with noticeable improvements and cosmetic changes. It now features a new front bumper, housing the black enlarged grille, paired it with the new tri-arrow-shaped LED DRLs that are making the four-wheelers more appealing as compared to the current one.
Taking about the updated features, now hatchback comes with an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wirelessly. It also comes with rear AC vents and a wireless charger. Meanwhile, when it comes to a top variant, the four-wheeler provides some new features that include Type-C USB ports, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and cruise control mode.
In order to enhance the safety of the car, which was earlier has been slammed by many customers, now comes with four airbags, ABS, EBD, seat belt reminder, speed alert, rear and front parking sensors.
The redesigned Grand i10 Nios is powered by the same 1.2-liter petrol engine as the previous model and is mechanically identical to it. When coupled to either a 5-speed manual or an AMT transmission, this engine produces 83 horsepower and 113.8 Nm of torque. In addition, the factory-installed CNG kit is also being offered in the same engine that churns out 69 horsepower.
Amid this, the company has terminated the 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine, which was used to produce the power of 100hp and 172 Nm of peak torque.
