IIM CAT 2022 answer key released, correction window open until December 4

The date for the result of CAT 2022 has not yet been revealed, but there are speculations that the result may most likely be released within the second week of January 2023.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) released the answer key for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 on Thursday, December 1. Candidates who appeared for the MBA entrance exam on November 27 can go through the answer key on the official website of IIM at iimcat.ac.in.

Around 2.22 lakh candidates appeared for the CAT exam out of the 2.55 lakh who had registered for the exam. The CAT exam was held in a computer-based mode for admission to various management programmes at IIMs.

How to check CAT 2022 answer key?

  • Go to the official website of IIM at iimcat.ac.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the IIM CAT 2022 answer key link.
  • Then, enter the required login details.
  • Click on submit.
  • After that, the answer key will be displayed on the screen.
  • Check the answer key and download it.

Apart from the answer key, the management school has also issued the response sheet and objector form for review on the official website. Candidates also have the option to object to the published answer key up until 5:00 pm on December 4.

IIM has issued a notice which reads, The Candidate Response tab and Objection Form tab for CAT 2022 will be active from 11.00 am on 1st December 2022 till 5:00 pm on 04th December 2022. Candidates will be able to see the Answer Key as well as their Individual Responses to Questions during this duration.

The IIM CAT, which was conducted on November 27, 2022, included three sections: verbal ability and reading comprehension (VARC), data interpretation and logical reasoning (DILR), and quantitative ability (QA). There were a total of 66 questions, and candidates were given 40 minutes to solve each section.

JEE Mains 2023 result out: 20 candidates score 100 percentile, check toppers list

A total of 8.6 lakh candidates took paper 1 and 0.46 lakh candidates took the paper 2 exams this year.

JEE Mains 2023 result

The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Tuesday announced the results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2023 for Session 1 which was held in January-February. Candidates can visit the official website of JEE at jeemain.nta.nic.in to check the JEE Mains result 2023.

A total of 8.6 lakh candidates took paper 1 and 0.46 lakh candidates took the paper 2 exams this year. The overall attendance for the Engineering paper is 95.79 percent, the highest since NTA started conducting the entrance test.

How to check JEE Mains 2023 result?

  • Go to the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the Results for JEE MAIN (2023): Paper 1 – B.E. / B.Tech link.
  • Enter your application number, date of birth and security pin.
  • Click on Submit.
  • Your JEE Main result will appear on the screen.
  • Download it for future reference.

JEE Mains 2023 toppers list

The 20 toppers include 14 from the general category, four from the OBC category, and one each from gen-EWS and SC categories scored the 100 percentile. While Md Sahil Akhtar is the PwD topper with a 99.98 NTA score, the SC topper is Deshank Pratap Singh with a 100 NTA score and the ST topper is Dheeravath Thanuj with 99.99.

The candidates who scored 100 NTA scores are Abhineet Majety, Amogh Jalan, Apurva Samota, Ashik Stenny, Bikkina Abhinav Chowdary, Deshank Pratap Singh, Dhruv Sanjay Jain, Dnyanesh Hemendra Shinde, Duggineni Venkata Yugesh, Gulshan Kumar, Guthikonda Abhiram, Kaushal Vijayvergiya, Krish Gupta, Mayank Son, N K Vishwaajith, Nipun Goel, Rishi Kalra, Soham Das, Suthar Harshul Sanjaybhai and Vavilala Chidvilas Reddy.

JEE Mains Session 2

Meanwhile, registration for Session 2 of the JEE Main exam has started today. The Session 2 exams will be held from March 6 to April 12, 2023.

However, NTA has released the final answer key for the session JEE Main 2023 session 1 exam which was held on January 24, 25, 29, 30, 31, and February 1.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 result today. Candidates can check the JEE Main 2023 result on the official website of JEE at jeemain.nta.nic.in when the results are out.

Candidates will need their application number and date of birth or password to check and download the JEE Mains result 2023. Along with the JEE result, candidates will be able to check the JEE Main 2023 toppers list.

However, NTA has released the final answer key for the session JEE Main 2023 session 1 exam which was held on January 24, 25, 29, 30, 31, and February 1.

JEE Main 2023: Session 2

NTA will begin session 2 of the JEE Main 2023 exam tomorrow. As per the official bulletin available on the website, registration will begin on February 7 and will conclude on March 7, 2023. The JEE Main 2023 session 2 exams will be conducted on April 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.

  • On the homepage, click on the link that reads JEE Main session 2 registration.
  • A new page will appear on the screen.
  • Enter the required details to log in to your account.
  • Pay the fees and submit the application.
  • Take a printout for future reference.

  • First date of online application submission: February 7, 2023
  • Last date of online application submission: March 7, 2023

GATE 2023 shift 1 over: Paper analysis, answer key and other important details

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur is conducting the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023) exam today, February 4. The exam will be held in two shifts for a duration of 3 hours. The first shift, which began at 9:30 am, has ended.

GATE 2023 paper includes three sections. General Aptitude, Part A and Part B. The GA section and Part A are mandatory to attempt, while Part B is divided into two segments. Segment 1 is Geology, and segment 2 is Geophysics.

There will be negative markings for choosing the incorrect answer in an MCQ. For 1-mark MCQ, 1/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. Likewise, for 2-mark MCQ, 2/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.

As per the initial reaction from students, the overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate.

Candidates can check the GATE 2023 answer key on the official website of GATE at gate.iitk.ac.in. The IIT Kanpur GATE 2023 stated in a notification that candidates may submit their contests on the GATE 2023 CSE answer keys provided for a very limited time period against payment.

Meanwhile, the second shift of the GATE 2023 exam has already started and will end at 5:30 pm.

GATE last-minute preparation

  • Before entering the examination hall, go through the important formulas and notes once.
  • Always, attempt those questions which you are confident and can solve in less time.
  • If a question is taking more than 3 minutes, just skip to the next question and come back to it later.
  • Be careful while selecting options as it is an online-based examination. Any changes will not be allowed once submitted.
