Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone gave a befitting reply to a hater on the social media who abused her. She took to Instagram and shared a screenshot of a troll by sliding into her direct messaging on Saturday.

Padukone gave the troll an earful by making his message public. Sharing the screenshot, the actor wrote, Wow! Your family and friends must be so proud of you. She posted it with a few clap GIFs and circled the abusive word too.

Social media trolls are not new for Bollywood celebrities, they often get trolled for varied reasons. However, only a handful of them choose to shut them down. While Padukone does not stay much active on her social media, it’s unusual to see her reacting to trolls. But this time, the actor made sure she shuts her troll.

Padukone was last seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak last year. The actor has a busy year ahead as she has many projects lined up. She will next be seen in Shakun Batra’s yet-untitled film, co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedu and Ananya Panday.

Besides it, the actor has reunited with Shah Rukh Khan for the upcoming film Pathan. The film is touted to be a much-anticipated movie as Khan will indeed be returning to the big screen after two years. He was last seen in 2018 film Zero.

Padukone has also collaborated with Hrithik Roshan in Sidharth Anand’s action drama, Fighter. She will also be seen in an untitled film with legendary Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas. Also, she stars opposite actor and husband Ranveer Singh in the upcoming sports drama 83, directed by Kabir Khan.

Recently, Padukone was labelled as a brand favourite by the latest release of Celebrity Brand Valuation Study 2020 by Duff & Phelps.Also,she has again made to a place at the top as the most valued female celebrity in the country.

The Bollywood actors, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan set the dance floor on fire on the second day of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding ceremony on Friday night in Gujarat’s Jamnagar as they aced the hook step of ‘Naatu Naatu’ song from ‘RRR’ movie starring Telgu actors Ram Charan and NTR Jr.

Khans of Bollywood came together after years and treated their fans with an electrifying and fun performance at a gala event of Ambanis. While SRK and Salman wore black kurtas and pyjamas for the event, Aamir went with a green ethnic outfit.

The video from the event has been shared widely on the internet. A video shared by the SRK’s fan wrote, “Fire on the floor as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan dance to Naatu Naatu at the pre-wedding celebration of Anant Ambani.”

In a video shared on X, actors Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan attempted to do the hook step of Naatu Naatu song but failed to do so. Instead, they performed the iconic hook steps from each other’s famous songs. The viral clip showed Salman, Aamir, and Shah Rukh performing Chaiyya Chaiyya from Dil Se, the towel step from Jeene Ke Hain Chaar Din from Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, and Masti Ki Pathshala from Rang De Basanti.

On day second, it was the integration of celebrations of Indian culture and animal conservation efforts that gave the wedding celebrations a deeper dimension and emphasised the Ambani family’s dedication to both regional customs and global challenges.

On the day first, Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding celebration featured a variety of entertainment events, such as Cirque du Solei performances.

But everyone’s hearts were won over by Rihanna’s drone show, which was the event’s high point. This also marked her debut performance in India.

Several Bollywood luminaries attended the event, including SRK, Salman, and Aamir. The guest list also included Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Aditya Roy Kapur, Rani Mukerji, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt, among others.

Kumar, in a video, shared his emotions and beliefs for the Shri Ram. OMG2 actor said on behalf of the two, I would like to wish you all Jai Shri Ram. Today is a very special day for all the Lord Ram devotees across. After a long wait, the day has arrived when Lord Ram will return to his grand temple, Kumar expressed his faith in Lord Ram.

Earlier today, South African left-arm spinner, Keshav Maharaj, a Hindu by birth wished the Indian community in South Africa for the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya.

Taking to X, he started by greeting everyone saying Namaste. He said he just wanted to wish his Indian community in South Africa for the inauguration of Ram Mandir in  Ayodhya tomorrow. He prayed for peace, harmony and spiritual enlightenment of all. Jai Shri Ram.

Maharaj was in the news for the Ram Siya Ram song played during the test matches and ODIs during India’s tour of South Africa whenever he walked into bat. The song also attracted interested reactions from KL Rahul (during the ODIs) and Virat Kohli (during the Tests). The 33-year-old said it was his way of showing gratitude to God.

In actor Rashmika Mandanna’s deepfake video case, Delhi Police on Saturday arrested the main accused from Andhra Pradesh, who was involved in creating a fake, Artificial intelligence (AI) powered video, that went viral on social media platforms.

In the video, the face of actor Rashmika was superimposed on the face of British influencer Zara Patel. After spotting the video on X, Rashmika expressed her concern over the AI-powered fake video. She said I feel really hurt to share this and have to talk about the deepfake video of me being spread online. Something like this is honestly, extremely scary not only for me, but also for each one of us who today is vulnerable to so much harm because of how technology is being misused, the Animal actor added. 

She further said that as a woman and as an actor, I am thankful for my family, friends and well-wishers who are my protection and support system. But if this happened to me when I was in school or college, I genuinely can’t imagine how could I ever tackle this. We need to address this as a community and with urgency before more of us are affected by such identity theft, the Mission Majnu actor said. 

On Rashmika’s fake video, Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan shared his concern and said this is a strong case for legal.

Several actors and directors across the film industry expressed their concern over the deepfake videos being circulated on social media platforms and their encounter with such fake videos.

The investigation into the actor case has been going on since November last year.

According to reports, Delhi Police interrogated several social media users who shared Rashmika’s deepfake video but failed to apprehend the accused until now.

Earlier, the Delhi Commission for Women had also requested action in relation to the actor Rashmika Mandanna’s deepfake video that went viral on social media.

On November 18, Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Union Minister for Communications, Electronics, and IT, announced that letters had been sent to all social media sites instructing them to take the appropriate action to locate and delete such content.
