Following their investigation, the police detained the suspect for his daughter’s killing. Rahul Parmar, a native of Gujarat who moved to Bengaluru two years ago with his wife Bhavya, was named as the accused.
Rahul told the police that he spent time and played with his daughter in the car before killing her since he didn’t have any money and couldn’t provide for her.
On November 15, the accused and his daughter went missing, prompting the girl’s mother Bhavya to report them missing to the police station. The police claim that Parmar lost money in his Bitcoin business and has been unemployed for the past six months.
Parmar had also reported the theft of gold items from his home to the Bengaluru police station. He once visited the police station to ask questions. When the police looked after the complaint, they discovered that it was Rahul who had stolen the jewels from his he house and pledged them. He then reported a false theft to the police.
He was warned by the police and told to report to the station. The accused is thought to have acted in some way out of concern for the repercussions of making up a false police report. Police are looking into the situation.

Video: Karnataka farmers bring crocodile to protest against electricity crisis in Vijayapura
In an unusual protest against the electricity crisis, farmers in Karnataka’s Vijayapura district, brought a crocodile to the Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM) office on October 19.

In an unusual protest against the electricity crisis, farmers in Karnataka’s Vijayapura district, brought a crocodile to the Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM) office on October 19.
As per the reports, the farmers found the crocodile in a field at Ronihala village and decided to bring the reptile to the power stations where the officials were present.
The farmers also raised the safety concerns to the HESCOM officials, in case, if any farmer was bitten by snake, scorpion, or crocodile and died, then what would be their response in this case, the farmers asked.
Farmers took out the crocodile in front of HESCOM officials and demanded uninterrupted three-phase electricity during daylight hours as their crops were withering.
According to reports, the crocodile was later rescued by forest officials and released into the Almatti River. However, the issue is yet to be resolved.
Last week, the State government invoked Section 11 of the Electricity Act, under national disaster management, to procure electricity from power generators. This was done due to a shortage of 1,500 MW in the State.
Due to poor monsoon, Karnataka’s Electricity Supply Companies (Escoms) were set to receive an additional 1,100 MW of power from private generators to combat power shortages.
The Energy Minister, K J George, held a review session with the heads of the Escoms to evaluate the current situation. During a media briefing, George stated that the government is taking active measures to procure additional power from the grid to manage the increasing demand.
Despite a 40% increase in production compared to last year, there is still a power deficit of 1,500 MW. As a result, farmers will receive a three-phase power supply for five hours per day. The distribution of power will be staggered and on a rotational basis. This measure has been implemented because irrigation pump sets are the largest consumers of power in the state.
Effective December 1, the Union government has agreed to increase the amount of power supplied to Karnataka through the central grid. In order to meet the state’s immediate power generation needs, Section 11 has been invoked with the objective of securing an immediate power supply of 1,000-1,100 MW.
