Pegasus: Centre tells Supreme Court it won’t file affidavit since it doesn’t want info out in public domain
Meanwhile, on September 7, a three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice NV Ramana granted more time to the centre o decide on filing a further response on the petition after Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that he could not meet the officials concerned to take a decision on the filing of the second affidavit.
