Rasedaar vrat wale aaloo
This could be a great option during fasting and wanted to have vrat friendly lunch. This recipe is famous during fasting. You can have this rasedaar aaloo with kuttu ki puris. For this, all you need is mashed boiled potatoes added into the gravy made with mild spices.
Aaloo chips
Homemade aaloo chips are the best when you want to have a quick snack, while you observe your Navaratri fast. For this slice thin layers of potatoes, after that bake or fry them. But you cannot consume them with normal table salt. Instead, sprinkle some sendha namak.
Vrat wale Dahi aaloo
