Editing has taken the trend to another level. Recently, a soldier filed a complaint against his wife for editing his pictures and sharing them on social media. A soldier who hails from Ajmer, Rajasthan, is annoyed by his wife’s behaviour. Eventually, fed up, he filed a police report against her.
He complained that his wife edits his face with a dog head and then uploads it on social media. According to the soldier, his wife has also filed a bogus complaint against him to high-ranking officials, including President Ram Nath Predates. He said this is tarnishing his image.
The case is being investigated by the Mangliyawas police station in the Ajmer district. The 26-year-old Bhimpura resident Munawwar stated in his report that he is currently serving in the Indian Army on the Sikkim-China border.
He had filed a lawsuit against the accused woman for stealing buffalo, gold, and silver jewellery on January 18. Following an inquiry, the police found the buffalo, but the jewellery is yet to be found. After this, she got furious and began living independently in Bhatundi village. He said she has been harassing him continuously since he went on posting.

According to the victim, he married the accused woman on July 30, 2020, with Nata Pratha. A centuries-old custom that allows men and women to live with a person of their choice. However, he said that she is telling everyone that they are both married. She is showing her anger toward him by providing such fake information. A fake complaint against him was also sent to top officials, including President Ram Nath Kovind, by his wife.
Munawwar said Bismillah edited his photo in which his face was replaced by a dog’s head and uploaded it on WhatsApp status on March 31 this year. In the second photo, a woman is seen blowing the currency note and he is seen standing there. He said his image is being tarnished by such an act of his wife.
According to Munawwar, Bismillah is torturing her in order to get her name recorded in the job record.
