Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday shared on Twitter that he has been summoned by the CBI again for questioning about the liquor policy case. Sisodia has slammed the Centre and alleged them of unleashing the full power of agencies to hound him.

In his Tweet, The Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi wrote that he has been summoned by the CBI again. He further wrote that the Centre has unleashed the full power of CBI, and ED against him as the sleuth agencies have raided his house, searched his bank locker, and yet found nothing against him.

Sisodia added and wrote that he has facilitated good education for the children of Delhi and alleged the Centre of wanting to stop him from providing it further. He also wrote that he has been cooperating with investigative agencies before and will continue to do so throughout the investigation.

As per the reports, Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been instructed to show up for questioning by the Central Bureau of Investigation at 11 am on Sunday. He will be questioned again based on new findings by the investigation agencies, said reports.

The case against Sisodia was made after the Delhi LG VK Saxena initiated a probe into the matter of the liquor policy case. Following the LG’s initiation of the investigation against the Delhi Government, the investigative agencies zeroed in on Sisodia and alleged him of a corruption scandal in the now-scrapped liquor policy.

The Aam Aadmi Party’s Government was alleged of fraud as the investigative agencies claimed that the AAP received various kickbacks with which the AAP campaigned in Goa last year.

However, the AAP had denied and dubbed the claims by the investigative agencies to be political vendetta by the ruling BJP in a bid to have an axe to grind against the AAP.
