Apple to repair its phones free of cost: iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro users right away head to Store if you are facing THIS issue
Apple explains in its support forum that some iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may experience sound difficulties owing to “a component” that may break on the receiver module.

If you own an iPhone 12, this is definitely good news for you. Apple has officially stated that iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices built between October 2020 and April 2021 will be eligible for free servicing.
According to Apple, a “small number” of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro units made between October 2020 and April 2021 have sound difficulties, and as a result, these two smartphones are eligible for free repair and servicing. According to the company, the current program covers iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices for two years following the unit’s first retail sale. Users in India can also receive free servicing if their iPhone 12 or 12 Pro is experiencing similar sound problems. Apple advises users to back up their devices to iCloud or a pc before sending them for servicing.
Apple explains in its support forum that some iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may experience sound difficulties owing to “a component” that may break on the receiver module.
Apple released a new version of its flagship smartphone, the iPhone 12, last year. Despite the fact that it hasn’t been a year since the launch of the iPhone 12, several consumers have complained about sound difficulties. While filing this case, Apple declared that it will fix these users’ phones’ earpieces for free. According to the company, users must back up their devices before submitting them to the service.

According to Apple’s support website, some iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may encounter sound difficulties owing to “a component” that may break on the receiver module. The company warns that if any of the two models has any additional damage that may hinder the repair, such as a cracked screen, that issue must be repaired before the repairing can be done. In addition, users may be required to pay in some special repair cases. In such a scenario, it is essential to see if your iPhone is still under warranty.

To verify the status of the warranty, users must first find the product’s serial number by going to Settings > General > About. Then head to checkcoverage.apple.com and enter details such as the serial number and special code.
After that, search the nearest Apple Authorised Service Provider and schedule a phone check-up appointment. Users of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro can also contact Apple Support (through their website) to arrange for mail-in servicing. The current free repair program, according to the firm, does not extend the standard warranty of the iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro.
