Elon Musk to take full control of Twitter as they reach an agreement, Musk says his critics should remain here for free speech
Elon Musk is just a step away from taking full control of Twitter. Ahead of that, he has become the self-proclaimed free-speech absolutist.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk is soon going to take full control of Twitter as he reached an agreement to buy the microblogging website for $44 billion (Rs 336,402,000,000 in Indian currency.) On Monday, Musk also shared a post, in which he said that free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated.
Musk also said that he also wants to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spambots, and authenticating all humans.
He further said that Twitter has tremendous potential and he looks forward to working with the company and the community of the users to unlock it.
Musk also wants his worst critics to remain on Twitter because as he said that is what free speech means.
After this, Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal said that Twitter has a purpose and relevance that impacts the entire world. Deeply proud of our teams and inspired by the work that has never been more important.
Musk has also said that he is not primarily concerned with the economics of Twitter. He said that having a public platform that is maximally trusted and broadly inclusive is extremely important to the future of civilization. I don’t care about the economics at all.
Earlier, Twitter’s president Angelo Carusone said in a statement that any negotiations to sell Twitter to Musk must include clear enforceable mechanisms to uphold and maintain existing community standards, including the removal of those who violate those standards.
