Telangana man strangles wife to death with his sister’s help, stages suicide drama
The couple used to often fight over some or other issue, and this time, before going to the wedding, they argued over whether to attend the function or not.

A horrific incident has come to light from Telangana’s Hyderabad on Monday, where a man allegedly strangled his wife and fabricated the whole incident as a case of suicide. He, along with his sister, helped in murdering his wife, Umra Anjum.
Reportedly, the couple came home on Monday night after attending the wedding of one of Anjum’s relatives in Gulbarga. The couple used to often fight over some or other issue, and this time, before going to the wedding, they argued over whether to attend the function or not.
The police officials, who came to know about the incident on Tuesday, said the couple continued fighting over the same issue even after coming back from the wedding. In a fit of rage, Rizvi, along with his sister, allegedly strangled Anjum using a scarf.
Both the accused hanged her body from the ceiling fan after she died and staged a case of suicide. The victim, however, lost her balance as the scarf snapped. Following this, the suspects shifted her body to Osmania General Hospital and sought to trick the doctors into believing the victim had committed suicide.

Reportedly, the 18-year-old victim was married to an accused about a year ago. The accused, identified as Hasan Rizvi, worked as an auto driver.

The police have registered a case against the two under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
A similar incident took place a few days ago in Chennai when a 48-year-old man was arrested for brutally murdering his second wife and staging it as a suicide in Washermenpet.

KCR more dangerous than slain gangster Atiq Ahmed, says Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay
Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), terming the BRS president as “more dangerous” than slain gangster-politician Atiq Ahmed.

Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), terming the BRS president as “more dangerous” than slain gangster-politician Atiq Ahmed.
Addressing the Nirudyoga March (Rally of the unemployed) rally at Mahbubnagar, Banday Sanjay called KCR the “leader of gangsters” who is more dangerous than Atiq Ahmed and alleged that while the slain Uttar Pradesh gangster looted people at gunpoint, KCR does the same by looting people of their lands with the help of the state police.
…but there is nothing to be afraid of because whe shall continue to fight with him till we achieve our goal, Sanjay said.
Attacking KCR on the alleged paper leak scam, the Telangana BJP president accused the Chief Minister and his family of jeopardizing the careers of 30 lakh unemployed youth and said the fight won’t end until those wronged by the paper leaks in Telangana State Public Service Commission recruitment examinations get justice.
Bandi Sanjay said he will not back down till KCR removes his son from the cabinet, orders a judicial inquiry by a sitting high court judge and announces a compensation of Rs 1 lakh to the unemployed youth who were affected by the paper leak scam.

The BJP leader claimed that the downfall of KCR regime was near and the saffron party will be victorious in all seats in Mahabubnagar district in next Assembly polls.
Speaking of his recent arrest in connection with a Class 10 paper leak case, Bandi Sanjay refuted all charges against him and claimed that the KCR dispensation was trying to frame him in a false case to have him back down from fighting for the unemployed youth of the state.
The right-wing party leader noted that the KCR government in Telangana had claimed to have given 21 notifications for various job recruitments but not even one of them was completed successfully.
Bandi Sanjay also defended Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s recent announcement that BJP will scrap reservations for Muslims in education and employment, if voted to power in Telangana.
He said the Muslim reservations bill will torn up and dumped in a dustbin if the BJP comes to power in Telangana as the party does not believe in religion-based reservations.
