Days after the blockbuster hit Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to entertain his fans with another film Jawan. As they get to see more of the Action Hero in SRK, fans can’t wait for the actor’s upcoming film. The film’s makers have given a significant update and urged fans to get ready for the sound of Jawan since the first song will be released today. Today at 12:50 PM, the Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu versions of Jawan’s first song  Zinda Banda will be released.

Meanwhile, it was previously stated that the song cost a staggering Rs 15 crore to produce. According to a source, Atlee wanted a song that is performed on a huge scale and captures King Khan’s charisma and boundless vitality. He asked music director Anirudh to create and perform a dance-worthy number. Then, Anirudh and choreographer Shobi envisioned the cast of Zinda Banda, which was performed by over a thousand dancers who had been flown in from Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Madurai, and Mumbai over the course of five days of filming in Chennai.

Jawan is produced under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment with Atlee as the director, Gauri Khan as the producer, and Gaurav Verma as a co-producer. On September 7, 2023, the movie will be released in theatres all around the world in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, and Vijay Sethupati also play major parts in Jawan.

Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, who appeared in several Hindi films and was particularly remembered for his role in the 2007 comedy Welcome, has died at the age of 56.

Khan was known for playing supporting characters across Hindi cinema and had worked in films spanning several decades. His role as Balu in Welcome remains among his best-known performances.

Mushtaq Khan’s film career

Mushtaq Khan appeared in a wide range of films during his career. His filmography included Aashiqui, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Gopi Kishan, Krantiveer, Raja, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Jodi No. 1 and Hera Pheri.

He also featured in more recent films including Stree 2, Gadar 2, Baby John, Dhoom Dhaam and Jaat. His filmography lists acting work continuing into 2026.

In Welcome, Khan played Balu, a supporting character in the comedy starring Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor and other prominent actors.

Mushtaq Khan dies at 56

The actor’s death was reported on September 24, 2026. Reports said Khan had been undergoing treatment after being diagnosed with liver cancer and had been hospitalised for around 15 days. Further details surrounding his death were awaited in the initial reports.
