Uttar Pradesh: Teacher beats up student for not paying school fees, video viral | WATCH

A shocking video from Uttar Pradehs’s Prayagraj come into the limelight, where a school teacher was seen beating the student for not paying the school fees. However, it is not confirmed whether the police have taken any action about it or not, but the video is going viral on all social media platforms.
An internet user named Ankit Singh shared the viral clip on Twitter. He also captioned the post in Hindi that reads Prayagraj Teacher brutally thrashes student for not depositing fees, the incident has been reported from Khanpur of Meja police station area.

In the video, it can be seen that the teacher forced the student to lie down on the bench, while he was seen beating him with the stick on his butt. As the clip moves further, it shows a female teacher laughing after witnessing the whole scene.
Ever since the video was shared on the internet, it has gained a lot of views, likes and reshare in no time. Many social media also expressed anger over the clip in the comment section. One of the users wrote in Hindi that reads the accused should be punished and must get beaten in the same way he was beating the student. Another user commented that the scene is not new, UP often witness such incident on regular basis. While the third user the police took strict action against the teacher.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time such a video garnered popularity on the internet. Earlier, a similar clip from the UP hit the headline where a teacher was seen punching a student on the stomach for not completing the homework. He was also heard abusing him for using his hand in self-defense.

A shocking video is doing round from Kanker city in Chhattisgarh, revealing a distressing incident of violence and abuse towards innocent children at an adoption centre. The Shivnagar adoption centre, which should serve as a safe haven, has turned into a house of torment. The viral video clearly depicts a woman violently pulling a child’s hair and throwing her to the ground, raising serious concerns about the safety of girls in such facilities.
Anurag Tiwari, NDTV journalist tweets the viral video stating how someone can be so barbaric, the pictures are disturbing but it is necessary that the culprit should be punished. He said there is an orphanage in Kanker, it is alleged that the person shown in the video is program manager who is showing some kind of barbarism, tagging Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel said what kind of society we have created. After the video goes viral several person on twitter asked for the strict action against the culprit.
The brutality can be seen in the video, woman can be seen inhumanly beating the children. She strikes a young girl with her hand, forcefully throws her to the ground, and even hurls her onto a bed after making her stand up. The girls cries and screams for mercy but the woman continue to inflict harm and shows no mercy towards the child, it can be seen that two maid pass by the scene but ignored the violence and do nothing to stop it. The violence does not stop here, heartless woman calls another child from distance and subject her to further brutal beating, even resorting to verbal abuse.

Previously, there have been complaints by the employees against the manager. It is alarming to know that despite many complaints by the employees, there has been no action against her instead resulting in termination of the employees. Eight employees who opposed her action were fired within a year. In fact complaint reaching the Women and Children Development Department, no action has been taken, allowing the program manager to continue her abusive behavior unchecked.

In yet another terrible case of harassment, a man in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura pesters a class 8 girl passing through a by-lane while she was on her way back to home from school.
The incident was caught on the CCTV, the visuals of which are now viral across Internet.
In the viral video of the CCTV visual, the man can be seen harassing a school girl passing, when he intervenes her way, forces her to stop, holds her hands and also pushes her against the wall.
In the video, the helpless girl can be seen crying, trying to save herself to escape from the man’s sickening act.
The man in the video has been identified as Vishnu.
Such videos are a contrast to the government continously marketed schemes like Beti Padhao and Beti Bachao. Reports said, such incidents show the government’s failure in implementing such schemes.
The most surprising part of the story is, it can be clearly seen in the video, the poor girl is crying for help but is being ignored by the passers-by, who did not pay a slight heed in offering help to her and save her.
The Police vigilance is seen absent as people like Vishnu continue eve-teasing and harassing girls in broad daylight without any fear.
Internet users condemning the entire incident filled the comment sections. One user said such acts of harassment should be taken seriously by the police to ensure the safety of women.
The Mathura police to which replied that the investigation into the matter is ongoing and strict action will be taken at the earliest.
Another user wrote, this man should be encountered by the police, while one asked such men should be hanged by the law.
Such cases of crime against women are increasing day by day.

HDFC Bank manager abuses, howls at employees over incomplete account targets

In this video, we can clearly notice that the manager is screaming at his employees in Bengali.
After the release of this video, it has gained lot of attention on social media platforms and people are also raising concerns about the toxic work cultures and few people also demanded an immediate action towards his unethical behaviour.
In response to the incident, HDFC Bank informed that they have suspended the employee and they have also initiated an investigation based on a preliminary inquiry.
In their statement, the bank emphasised on its zero-tolerance policy towards harassment or misconduct in the workplace and they beleive in treating all employees with dignity and respect.
“This bears reference to a recent social media report. Basis a preliminary enquiry in the matter, the concerned employee has been suspended and an investigation initiated to gather all relevant facts. We at HDFC Bank have a zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment or misconduct at the workplace and firmly believe in treating all our employees with dignity and respect,” the bank statement read.
