Dog viral video

For ages, dogs are known to be man’s best companion. They are also considered to be man’s best friend. Nonetheless, in recent days, dogs are in the news for all the wrong reasons. While in India, concerns about stray dogs are being raised after the death of Parag Desai, executive director of the Wagh Bakri Tea Group, a video about pet dogs that appears to be from a foreign country has gone viral across the social media platforms.

In the viral video, a man is seen lying on the street with a pitbull standing beside him. As the visual proceeds, another man can be seen punching the man on his face while the pitbull tries to stop him. However, the pitbull too got a hit. Later, the pitbull attempts to attack the man’s dog when the man hits the pitbull and its owner brutally.

The viral video was shared by a X (formerly Twitter) page, CCTV IDIOTS on Thursday morning. The social media user captioned the post, dog owner gets a beating after his pit bull bites neighbours dog. Since being shared, the video gained nearly 1.4 million views along with 692 comments, 854 retweets and 10K likes.

Reacting to the video, a X user commented that it was not the pitbull’s fault that the other dog ran out like that. The user added that the guy in cap seems to be very violent and beating the man when he is down. Another social media user opined that one should not get a dog if they cannot control them. He added that pet dogs can be really dangerous and the owners had to be made responsible for such incidents.

Meanwhile in India, concerns about stray dogs are being raised after the executive director of the Wagh Bakri Tea Group suffered a brain haemorrage after a fall while warding off stray dogs outside his residence.

Indus river waters suspended by India after Pakistan terror link

In a historic and severe diplomatic step, India has indefinitely suspended the Indus Waters Treaty with Pakistan. This drastic measure comes in response to the revelations of cross-border involvement in the recent terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam, which claimed 26 lives, including that of a foreign national.

The decision was announced after a high-level meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS), the apex body on national security affairs. Officials revealed that the move was prompted by “cross-border linkages” uncovered during the probe into the attack, marking a major escalation in India’s stance on terrorism originating from across the border.

Water flow from key rivers to Pakistan halted

As per the suspension, water from the Indus river and its major tributaries—Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, Beas, and Satluj—will no longer flow into Pakistan. These rivers are vital to Pakistan’s agrarian economy and supply water to tens of millions of its citizens. The halt could have significant humanitarian and geopolitical implications for the neighbouring country.

The Indus Waters Treaty, signed on September 19, 1960, under the mediation of the World Bank, has long stood as a rare symbol of cooperation between the two countries, enduring even during times of war in 1965, 1971, and 1999. However, the latest attack and its investigative fallout have pushed India to make a decision it had refrained from taking for over six decades.

He was struck by the book’s revelations about the Jallianwala Bagh massacre’s political underpinnings. “It wasn’t merely a tragedy but a calculated act of oppression,” Tyagi noted. He described the three-year journey of research and location scouting, emphasizing, “We were committed to telling this story with authenticity and emotional depth.”

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE may skip chip upgrade, could reuse Exynos 2400e

Samsung’s next Fan Edition smartphone, the Galaxy S25 FE, is likely to feature the same Exynos 2400e processor as last year’s model, according to new leaks.

Samsung appears to be following a conservative route for its upcoming Galaxy S25 FE, with reports suggesting that the smartphone will feature the same Exynos 2400e chipset used in last year’s Galaxy S24 FE. While the tech giant has not officially confirmed the device’s launch, leaks hint that the handset—codenamed R13—is already under development.

According to internal code seen by the media, the Galaxy S25 FE carries the codename siop_r13s_s5e9945, confirming its chipset as Exynos 2400/2400e. This is the same processor seen in the Galaxy S24 FE, indicating that Samsung may skip a processor upgrade this year.

If accurate, this decision places the S25 FE behind newer premium chipsets like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, Snapdragon 8 Elite, and MediaTek Dimensity 9400, potentially making the device less powerful in comparison to flagship competitors in 2025.

The Galaxy S25 FE is expected to launch towards the end of Q3 or early Q4 2025, as a more affordable variant of the Galaxy S25 series. Much like its predecessor, it will likely aim to strike a balance between performance and price, appealing to cost-conscious consumers.

Last year’s Galaxy S24 FE, launched in September 2024, came at a price of Rs. 59,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. It featured a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 50MP triple rear camera, 10MP selfie camera, 4700mAh battery, and support for Galaxy AI features. If Samsung follows suit, the S25 FE could retain many of these specifications, making only minor hardware or software tweaks.

The report also mentions that the Indian variant of the Galaxy M36 5G may be powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset, the same one used in the Galaxy M35 5G. This suggests Samsung might be keeping things uniform across its mid-range portfolio for 2025.
