She continued to talk in detail about her illness, stating that she had suffered an injury decades prior that had caused her to have ptosis for the past 40 years. She went on to say that it got worse later and blocked her eyesight.

She also mentioned how difficult it was for her to accept the condition’s effects on her looks, which limited her prospects and made her the object of unwanted attention.

The legendry actor said, nevertheless, she never felt lessened by the rumours, remarks, or inquiries. Naturally, it helped that there were always a few mainstays who supported her and continued to work with her.

She continued writing about her ptosis and mentioned that, despite trying all the therapies available, they didn’t work. However, this year, in April, she received information about a surgery that might assist.
