Gujarat MLA Jignesh Mevani granted bail over negative tweets on PM Narendra Modi but re-arrested in another case
On the complaint of Assam’s local BJP leader, Mevani had been charged with criminal conspiracy, offence related to the place of worship, outraging religious feelings, and provocation that might lead to breach of peace. The court had reserved its order on the bail application yesterday.
